Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- 1. The product has a defect or damage caused by us.
- 2. The item received is different from what was ordered.
- 3. Return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- 1. Custom-stitched garments as per customer measurements
- 2. Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- 3. Minor variations in color or design, which are normal in tailoring
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 8898332021 within 3 days of delivery
- 2. Provide photos of the defect/damage for verification
- 3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited via the original payment method within 7 business days.
